This recognition is awarded annually to a coach at the development or mite level that embodies the spirit and impact Mike had on the Demons children and families. This award exemplifies that one’s true character – not experience – makes for the finest coach, respected role model and true friend. This award is named in honor of the late Mike Pedroli who coached his two sons Nicholas and Matthew and the Demons Mites in 2016.
