Demons Youth Hockey Association

The 2024-2025 season has officially ended. It was a great year for our entire organization with three of our teams making it to the championship game!

We are very proud of all players who worked so hard and improved so much over the course of the season. And we wanted to say thank you so much to all the coaches and team managers and other volunteers who helped make the season run so smoothly!

And lastly, a huge thank you to the parents for committing so much of your time getting your kids to and from all the games and practices! We know it is a huge committment.

Onto Next Season

While this season has just ended, we do need to begin preparing for next season and that begins with the registatrion process.

We need players to register as soon as possible so we can lock in our teams and reserve ice time.
2024-2025 season registration will open on 4/12/24 and close on 5/1/24

Want to get your child started in hockey?

As a town hockey organization, we are committed to helping every child learn to skate. We offer both Learn to Skate and Learn to Hockey sessions to help everyone getting started. These sessions typically run from September through March

 

 

Learn to Skate
The Learn to Skate program is divided into groups based on skating ability. Classes are instructed in coordination with the USA Hockey Development Program and our partnership with Solid State Hockey

 

Learn to Hockey
The Little Demons Hockey program is instructed by Solid State Hockey, in coordination with our Development Director. Players are instructed on the proper positioning and form while skating with a stick, further development of edge control and introduced to playing with a puck.

 

Fundamental skills including stick handling, passing and shooting are also established at this level. The first half of class focuses on skill development. The second half of the class is reserved for cross ice hockey

Welcome to Demons Youth Hockey

The mission of the Demons Youth Hockey Association shall be to instill firmly in our athletes the ideals of good sportsmanship, respect, honesty, loyalty, courage and perseverance so that they may be more engaged hockey players and supportive teammates. 

 

This mission will be achieved by providing supervised instructions, adequate ice facilities and competitive  athletic events and games. All Members of the Association shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional  individual skill or the winning of games is secondary. Team play and development of future players is  of primary importance.
